Good food and nice spa facilities. The food was really good and there were a lot of options. Also, the spa facilities were great and helped me relax after a long day of skiing. The location was also convenient, close to the slopes and with easy access to transportation.
Uncomfortable bed and poor service from reception. The bed was really uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep well. In addition, the reception service was terrible and unhelpful. They didn't seem to care about any of our concerns and didn't offer any solutions to our problems. It was a disappointing experience overall.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The location is perfect for skiing, as it is very close to the slopes. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle service which makes transportation even more convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities, especially the indoor and outdoor pool, was exceptional. Breakfast was also very satisfying with a wide selection of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always happy to help.

This hotel is conveniently located near the ski lifts and slopes, making it a great choice for winter sports enthusiasts. the breakfast buffet has plenty of options and there is a shuttle service to take you to the slopes. the indoor and outdoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi provide a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of skiing.
The staff seemed overworked and struggled to meet requests, causing delays in service.

The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and ski lifts. The shuttle service provided by the hotel made it even more convenient for me to get to and from the slopes. The room I stayed in was lovely, with a stunning view of the mountains. The beds were comfortable and the spacious bathroom was a great bonus. The hotel had excellent amenities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a rooftop jacuzzi. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was a relief that most of them could speak English. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel had great views of the mountains and was in a nice quiet location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and there were a lot of options to choose from. The pool and spa facilities were nice and relaxing after a day of skiing. The shuttle to the slopes was convenient and made it easy to get around.
There were some downsides to our stay. The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating.
